Ulyana Sergeenko is a real lady in green . . . and white . . . and red . . . and any color she dons! The Russian stylist, designer, photographer and blogger is well-known around the runway world. Her style is a constant reminder of a mother on her way out the door to the neighborhood cocktail party or a night at the theater. As she dabs at the corner of her mouth for any lipstick mishaps, she is out in a hurry and leaves a trail of fabulousity in her wake.

Her floor-sweeping hemlines and dramatic headgear is nothing short of poetic. Even in jeans, Sergeeko is my ideal dress-up partner. Ulyana Sergeeko reminds me that fashion is fun, never stuffy or boring; it is repetitively ageless. For my own sake, I hope Mrs. Sergeeko stays in her stylish spotlight; she is an icon in its truest - most elegant - form.
